When will my order be fulfilled?

Our team asks for 3-5 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm pst, will be fulfilled the following business day.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Esco and the shipping company with an estimated delivery date and your tracking number.

The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order and to see when it is expected to arrive. (Please note it may take up to 24 hours in the couriers system to update once picked up)

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I cancel/make changes to an order I placed?

Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately email info@escoswim.com with your change request details included in the email.
